Position Title: GHL Tech Support Specialist
Rate: $5/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/CST/PST

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation is a plus.
• A commitment to providing top-notch technical and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

GHL Technical Support Tasks:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the GHL platform.
• Assist clients with setup and configuration of GHL features, including pipelines, workflows, and automation.
• Provide support for contact management, lead nurturing, and follow-up sequences.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
• Guide clients in using GHL effectively to meet their operational goals.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
• Document and escalate advanced technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Monitor system updates and communicate changes to clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and patience.
