GHL Systems Integrator

About the Role:
We are looking for a GHL Systems Integrator to help us onboard, manage, and scale our clients with high-performance sales enablement infrastructures. Your role will be to help implement and maintain a seamless integration of GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Sheets, Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and Notion across multiple clients and systems. You will play a critical part in ensuring our clients’ sales operations are set up efficiently, and their systems run smoothly as we scale.

This position will be on an as-needed basis with flexible hours, depending on the workload. As we grow, there will be opportunities for more consistent hours, but for now, we’re looking for someone who can be available when needed, with expertise in integrating these tools.

What You’ll Do:
- Integrate and set up GHL systems including snapshots, workflows, automations, and pipelines for clients.
- Work with Zapier to create automations between GHL and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
- Set up Google Sheets integrations to sync client data, reports, or metrics from GHL and ensure proper functionality across platforms.
- Configure Upgrade to see actual info servers and set up automations that integrate with GHL for effective client communication and engagement.
- Organize and manage Notion for internal team collaboration with clear documentation and resource management for each client’s onboarding.
- Provide client onboarding and troubleshooting support to ensure that every client is successfully utilizing their new infrastructure and tech stack.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that every integration supports the overarching sales enablement solution for our clients.
- Be available on a flexible schedule to support ongoing client onboarding, troubleshooting, and occasional system updates.

Who You Are:
- GHL Systems Expert – You’re highly proficient in GHL, including setting up snapshots, workflows, and custom automations to drive sales enablement success.
- Multi-Tool Integrator – You have experience with Zapier, Google Sheets, Upgrade to see actual info, and Notion, and can create seamless workflows across these platforms and GHL.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – You thrive in environments where precision is key, ensuring every system is set up correctly for seamless operations.
- Proactive Problem Solver – You identify potential issues before they arise and actively work to resolve them.
- Flexible & Available on Demand – As this position is as-needed, you are comfortable being on standby and have the flexibility to jump in when support is needed.
- Collaborative – You understand the importance of communication with different teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.

Compensation Structure:
Hourly or project-based, negotiable based on experience. We aim to work with someone who is eager to grow alongside us as we scale.
