We are looking for an GHL Specialist who is proficient and reliable in managing GoHighLevel CRM and using Zapier and similar tools for all integrations. Must be someone who can streamline processes and provide technical resolutions to issues and concerns that’ll be encountered by the client and their customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's GoHighLevel CRM system and update customer information as needed
- Integrate and set up GoHighLevel and Zapier (or similar/alternative tool) to create effective automation processes
- Create new pipelines and calendar for scheduling appointments using GoHighLevel to streamline processes
- Creating zaps to automate processes between various software tools used by the client
- Provide customer service and troubleshoot technical issues with the GoHighLevel and Zapier (or similar/alternative tool) integrations
- Provide assistance to the client in setting up the systems, software, and relevant tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Job Qualifications:
- Must have 1 or more years of proven VA experience working with GoHighLevel CRM and Zapier integration
- In-depth knowledge and experience in creating and managing pipelines, leads, funnels, automations, and user accounts in GoHighLevel
- In-depth knowledge and experience in creating and managing zaps in Zapier to automate processes or any similar/alternative tool
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills through multiple channels and project management tools
- Tech-savvy with excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Can work independently and with a team and can manage to meet deadlines
- Personal and backup computer running on at least Win10 or Mac OS High Sierra with at least 4GB of RAM
- At least 5 Mbps internet speed for main and backup internet connection (will vary depending on position title)
- Based in the Philippines with a dedicated workspace
- Contingency plan in cases of power interruptions and internet connection problems
- Can commit to a full-time remote job (6 hrs/day, Mondays-Saturdays)
- Willing to work on US Pacific Time Zone
