We specialize in automations, pipelines, and marketing strategies to help businesses scale effortlessly. Our focus is on real estate, coaching, and service-based industries, and we’re looking for a dedicated specialist to manage our GHL CRM and run high-converting ad campaigns.

What You’ll Do
? GHL Management

Build and optimize funnels, automations, and pipelines
Set up and manage email & SMS drip sequences
Integrate GHL with websites, forms, and lead capture systems
Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues
? Ads Management (Facebook, Google & YouTube)

Develop and launch high-converting ad campaigns
Optimize ads for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies for better results
Implement retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation
? Marketing Strategy & Reporting

Track and report KPIs and campaign performance
A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages
Provide insights to improve marketing automation and ad effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
? Proven experience with GHL (GoHighLevel)
? Expertise in Facebook, Google, and YouTube Ads
? Strong knowledge of marketing funnels and automations
? Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
? Ability to write ad copy and optimize creatives
? Proactive, organized, and results-oriented

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)
? Experience with Zapier & API integrations
? Knowledge of SEO and organic lead generation
? Background in real estate or coaching industries
