GHL Implementation & Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-savvy GHL Implementation & Automation Specialist to help our clients unlock the full potential of their GHL platform. You’ll be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing GoHighLevel (GHL) to fit each client’s business needs—using automations, Voice AI, funnels, and more.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work directly with clients to understand their processes and implement smart solutions that help them get results faster and with less frustration.

MUST HAVE ABOVE 80 with ID PROOF and EMPLOYEE REVIEWS.

*Key responsibilities*
- Meet with clients to understand goals and current processes
- Create automations—from simple follow-up sequences to advanced, logic-based workflows
- Build custom funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys
- Customize and refine Voice AI setup to align with client tone and use case
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations using GHL tools
- Translate client needs into action items to address within the platform
- Proactively recommend strategic improvements and functionality enhancements
- Support implementation of CRM features, pipelines, SMS/email marketing, appointment flows, etc.
- Test and troubleshoot setups to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and Account Managers to ensure client success

*Requirements:*
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) platform – strong working knowledge across its full feature set
- Strong experience building automations, workflows, funnels, and campaigns in GHL
- Working knowledge of email/SMS marketing, appointment setting, CRM management, and AI Voice tools
- Ability to speak confidently with clients and explain technical solutions in a clear, helpful way
- Strategic thinker — able to assess a client’s business process and make smart recommendations
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client implementations
- Tech-savvy and self-motivated — able to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Previous experience working in an agency or SaaS environment a plus
- Fluent in English
