We’re looking for a Go High Level (GHL) SaaS / CRM Manager to oversee our CRM system and support our clients’ marketing and sales processes. In this role, you’ll manage lead generation, automate workflows, and optimize client campaigns, ensuring efficient operations and effective use of GHL.
Key Responsibilities:
*CRM Setup & Management: Organize and optimize client data, sales pipelines, and CRM functions.
*Campaign Creation: Build and manage
*Automated Workflows: Set up and enhance automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and client processes.
*Sales Funnels: Design and manage landing pages and funnels to capture and convert leads.
*Reporting: Track CRM performance, lead conversions, and campaign results, sharing insights with the team.
*Client Support: Onboard new clients, train them on CRM usage, and provide ongoing assistance.
*Integrations: Use tools like Zapier to connect GHL with payment processors and other systems.
Qualifications:
*GHL Expertise: Strong experience with GHL CRM functions, automation, and funnel-building.
*Marketing Automation: Skilled in setting up workflows and nurturing leads through sales funnels.
*Communication Skills: Clear, customer-focused communication with clients and tea
*Organization & Project Management: Able to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
*Technical Basics: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for customization and tools like Zapier for integrations.
Preferred:
*Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
*Understanding of GHL’s features and functionality.
