JOB OVERVIEW

As the Client Success Manager, you will be the go-to person for onboarding, supporting, and retaining our Go High Level clients. Your role is critical in ensuring our clients fully utilize the system, achieve their business goals, and have a seamless experience with Thrive90.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience managing client accounts in a SaaS or marketing environment (Go High Level experience is a Must).
Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation workflows, and digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with tools like email marketing, SMS, and lead-generation systems.

Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of funnels and sales pipelines.
Experience working with small business clients in various industries.
Data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization skills.
