Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Funnel Development Specialist to build and manage end-to-end sales strategies, including ClickFunnels development, and manage both organic and inorganic traffic. The goal is to convert traffic into booked appointments for our Rxponential Sales Team. You will work directly with our CEO, Dylan Casey, to design, develop, and integrate multiple sales funnels that target chiropractic doctors who own their own practices and aspire to scale up their businesses. Rxponential has already built an 8-figure chiropractic office empire, and we aim to share our success secrets with hundreds of doctors across the nation through these sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and Integrate Funnels:

Develop and integrate email funnels, customer data capture funnels, and ClickFunnels.
Create multiple primary appointment booking funnels:
Rxponential End-To-End Consulting: "Build an 8-Figure Chiropractic Empire"
Rxponential’s Digital Marketing Machine: "Fill your office with patients through digital marketing so all you have to do is sit back and take care of them"
Rxponential’s Chiropractic Capability Maturity Model: "Algorithmic Consulting Model to Score your Practice Across all Functional Business Areas and Determine where you need to focus in order to Scale"
Design Elements and Creatives:

Assist in designing elements, creatives, and pictures to be included in the funnels.
Create intelligent graphics and supporting materials for ClickFunnels sites, social media stories, and promotional campaigns.
Strategy and Metrics:

Design effective strategies to convert viewers into leads and booked appointments.
Seamlessly integrate funnels with organic social media channels to drive conversion.
Develop an email list and CRM integration for contact management.
Report weekly on funnel metrics and performance.
Campaign Development:

Assist in creating advertising and marketing campaigns, such as live webinars and intensive programs, to drive traffic and engagement.
Subject Matter Expert:

Serve as the key person for building inbound sales funnels.
Convert online strangers into viewers, brand loyalists, customers, and brand ambassadors.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with ClickFunnels and funnel development.
Strong design skills with the ability to create graphics and promotional materials.
Expertise in integrating sales funnels with social media and CRM systems.
Experience in developing email lists and managing CRM integrations.
Strong analytical skills for reporting metrics and performance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with the CEO.
