We’re seeking an experienced Funnel Builder who is an expert in GoHighLevel to help us create high-converting funnels that drive engagement, grow our audience, and increase revenue.
Position Overview:

As a Funnel Builder for Mission Driven Coaches, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing sales and marketing funnels using GoHighLevel. Your work will directly impact lead generation, nurturing, and conversions, helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals. You should have a deep understanding of GoHighLevel’s CRM, workflows, automations, email marketing, and landing page capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Funnel Development: Design and build high-performing funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, sales pages, etc.) tailored to our coaching audience.
GoHighLevel Management: Leverage GoHighLevel’s full capabilities, including CRM, workflows, triggers, and pipeline management, to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Email Campaigns: Create email sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, and sales conversions.
Optimization: Continuously analyze funnel performance, run A/B tests, and make data-driven improvements to increase conversions.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between GoHighLevel and other tools/platforms as needed (e.g., payment processors, webinar platforms, etc.).
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align funnel strategies with broader business goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on funnel performance, metrics, and ROI.

Qualifications:

Expertise in GoHighLevel: Proven experience building and managing funnels within GoHighLevel, including advanced automations, workflows, and CRM management.
Funnel Strategy: Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnel strategies, including lead magnets, upsells, downsells, and tripwires.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor customizations and integrations.
Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages and email sequences.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working with coaches, online courses, or membership-based businesses.
Familiarity with other marketing tools like ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or WordPress.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to enhance funnel visuals.
