Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate & Fund Finance Manager to manage the financial reporting for our real estate entities. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting responsibilities, depending on the entity's size and operations.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (US Eastern Time), Monday to Friday.
• Starting Pay: $8 USD per hour, paid weekly.
• Evaluations for Pay Raises: At 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Then quarterly thereafter.

Additional Benefits:
• Paid US holidays off plus 6 weeks of PTO
• Flexible scheduling when necessary (up to 2 hours/day).

Qualifications: 2-3 years work experience in the fields of finance, accounting, private credit, and equity with a real estate focus.
- Commitment to honesty and integrity
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and QBO or similar software
- Experience and proficiency in financial statement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and general financial accounting and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to function well on a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently with high attention to detail
- Assisting with various organizational, strategic, and operational projects
- Ability to think outside the box
