Position Overview: Mpowered Families is seeking a talented Video and Audio Editor to join our dedicated team. We aim to deliver high-quality, professional-grade video and audio content that enhances our podcasts, masterclasses, and social media presence. Key Responsibilities:
High-Quality Video and Audio Content Production
Edit and produce professional-grade video and audio for podcasts, masterclasses, and social media.
Ensure content meets brand guidelines with minimal revision rounds (no more than one round per project).
Achieve a 20% improvement in content engagement as reflected in audience feedback.
Seamless Podcast Production
Edit and publish podcast episodes to maintain consistency and quality across all platforms.
Ensure podcasts are released on schedule without any audio quality issues.
Boost listener engagement (comments, shares, downloads) by 15% within 6 months through exceptional production value.
Engaging Social Media Content Creation
Develop short, compelling video clips tailored for social media that resonate with the audience and align with the brand’s mission.
Drive a 25% increase in social media engagement within 3 months.
Founder Empowerment
Handle all technical editing tasks autonomously to reduce the founder’s (Ann’s) involvement in reviews by 75%, freeing her for strategic initiatives.
Efficient Workflow Management

Key Competencies:
Expertise in Video & Audio Editing: Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or similar tools, backed by a strong portfolio in podcast and video content editing.
Attention to Detail: Ensures all content is polished, free of technical errors, and meets brand standards.
Strong Time Management: Skilled at juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Collaborative Team Player: Communicates clearly with a small, founder-led team and works efficiently on project needs and updates.
