JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small kitchen showroom and interior design business in San Francisco, California, looking for a bookkeeper/office manager/administrator to join our growing team. This long-term position includes excellent pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

You must be smart, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and have real-world experience with US-based QuickBooks (both online and desktop preferred). The more knowledge you have, the better, but the most important traits are extreme attention to detail, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and a happy and friendly demeanor.

- The starting salary is USD 600 per month.
- A $100 raise every six months for the first two years up to $1000 monthly.

Who We Are
ARTEZIA European Cabinetry | Design Studio is a San Francisco Bay Area-based interior design and custom cabinetry firm specializing in high-end kitchen design and builds.

Must-Haves
- Ability to work full time 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm California time.
- Trustworthy, loyal, innovative, highly detail-oriented, excellent listening skills, and a great attitude.
- QuickBooks Online & Pro working knowledge, certification is a plus.
- Good laptop with a camera and fast internet connection in a quiet location.
- 2+ years of Excel experience and working knowledge of MS Office, Dropbox, and Google Apps, as well as the ability to learn new applications.
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication skills by email, phone, and Zoom calls
- Bonus: Prior experience with US bookkeeping and tax work and experience working remotely for US-based companies

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the company books in Quickbooks online and preparing quarterly and year-end reports for tax purposes.
- Track and file monthly California sales tax reports and payments.
- Administrative tasks generally related to financial matters.
- Pay vendors and track accounts payable and cash flow.
- Invoicing clients and tracking accounts collectible.
- Bank, line of credit, and credit card reconciliations.
- Expense and class allocations.
- Handle numerous clients.
