JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to engage a FULL-TIME REMOTE PROPERTY MANAGER.

We are a property management group that has been in business for 20 years and growing fast. As a REMOTE PROPERTY MANAGER, you are the your role will focus primarily on various tasks to support the daily operations of the business as well as liaison with prospective tenants, tenants and service providers. This is a 1 year contractual position as a self-employed freelancer and can be done remotely at home with a fast computer, fast internet connection, a quiet work-space at home and the right gear.

Extensive training and support will be provided.

$1000 Monthly Pay + Benefits (13th month pay, vacation and sick leave options)

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Answer calls from prospective tenants interested in renting an apartment. Using Upgrade to see actual info software, you will pre-qualify leads, schedule appointments, facilitate scheduled leads get to their appointments and encourage to apply. You will be using Tenant Turner, Google Voice and Workspace.
2. Receive and process applications. You will save and organize the applications, enter data on Google sheets, verify the information by calling the applicant and prepare for Managers review.
3. Advertising available apartments on various websites and social media including Tenant Turner, Rentspree, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, social media and more. You will be creating accurate, attractive listings or postings, checking regularly they are appearing accurately online and the affiliated websites and renewing/refreshing ads. You will also be looking for other websites or social media platforms to advertise on.
4. Answer the office phone and call tenants, assisting with resident repairs, tenant concerns, late rent and more. You will be using Yardi, Google Workspace to create work orders and track to completion, trouble shoot repairs, arrange repairmen, make sure repairs are completed, follow up on late rent, address tenant concerns and assist with any other issues that arise.
5. Assist with various tasks such as finding appliances, filling out notices, preparing tenant letters, preparing security deposit refund letters and anything else to support management.

Requirements To Apply:
1. MUST be fully available to actively work on our matters Wednesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST. At times, the schedule may change to accommodate apartment showings.
2. 1+ years of full time experience in property management answering calls.
3. Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Speak and write English proficiently like a native English speaker.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Experience advertising on Upgrade to see actual info or Facebook Marketplace is a plus. Video and picture editing experience is a plus.
6. Bachelors or higher degree from major university (please provide evidence of your Batchelor's degree when applying)
7. Must have you own computer, headset and have a quiet, distraction-free area to work and fast, reliable internet access capable of doing voice, video calls (At least 50MBPS download and 20MBPS upload) with a backup power and internet service if there is an outage.
8. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and dictate schedules to local teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, clients and vendors.
9. Knowledge of US property repair laws and regulations preferred (CA laws).
10. Strong eye for detail and follow-ups.
11. Has a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home to do calls and meetings.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
12. Must have a positive attitude, an honest and sincere desire to help people, good customer service, be extremely reliable, responsive and a critical thinker with common sense.
13. Willing to take a pre-employment assessment test.
