We're an IT consultancy based in San Francisco. We support clients throughout the United States and work with around 200 businesses every year. We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Consulting Coordinator to join our team.
The Consulting Coordinator role is the first line of communication that many clients have with our firm: fielding dozens of inquiries, assigning to the right specialist or colleague, completing items that you can do yourself, enlisting the help of other resources so that you can stretch your skills and learning.

Who are YOU?
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience required
- Experience with IT service desk/ticketing systems, particularly Zendesk.
- Microsoft M365 Admin and Google Admin familiarity, specifically Tier 1 tasks (password resets,
- Experience with over-the-phone troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Eager to learn many new skills
- Willingness to receive considerable critical & constructive feedback on process
- Obtain good risk management and communication skills
- Interest in automation and designing better processes
- Passionate about providing a superb and memorable customer experience, even for the most mundane of requests
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable working using a time-tracking tool (eTimeProof)
- Experience with creating documentation (great written communication) is a PLUS
What will you DO?
- Conduct client consulting services, including phone support, research, estimates and proposals
- Input requests daily for completed and future client work
- Support Mann’s network and cloud vendors as needed
- Share & train on new technologies and best practices. Work with consultants to propose the best solutions for our broad client base
- Continually surprise & delight clients and coworkers with your contributions
- Significant on-boarding and off-boarding processes and automation.
- Participate in meetings with staff, clients, and prospects
- Develop and significantly improve skills in major Mac and PC, Internet, networking, and general office applications
The hourly rate will be dependent on your experience. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The regular working schedule will be from 12:30 am to 9:30am PST. However, the initial training period must overlap with US work hours (more details in the interview).
