Full-stack Developer Needed for AI-Powered Bulk Email Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full-stack Developer (preferably based in the Philippines) to build a next-level, AI-powered bulk email platform. Our vision is to create a service that’s similar to AWeber or ActiveCampaign in functionality—yet far more advanced in its use of machine learning and automation. Responsibilities:
Platform Development: Plan and develop a full-scale web application from the ground up, including database architecture, user authentication, and integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., email providers).

AI Integration: Implement machine learning or AI-based modules to automate and optimize email campaigns (deliverability, personalization, sending times, segmentation).

Technical Strategy & Consultation: Advise on the best frameworks, programming languages, and tools for building a scalable and reliable email marketing platform.

Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee hosting, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), security measures, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the project owner (who has limited coding knowledge) to translate ideas and business needs into technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure the platform meets high performance, reliability, and deliverability standards.

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:

Backend: Proficient in Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or equivalent backend languages/frameworks.

Frontend: Skilled in React, Vue, or Angular for building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Database: Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

AI/ML: Basic to intermediate experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) or willingness to learn/integrate advanced AI features.

Experience with Email Marketing Tools: Prior experience building or working with email marketing services, ensuring email deliverability, handling bounces, segmentation, and integrations.

DevOps & Cloud: Comfortable with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms; knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical project owner and work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative thinking to design features and solve challenges that go beyond standard email marketing.
