YOUR MISSION
As our Team Manager Virtual Assistant, you’re not just managing tasks – you’re the heartbeat of our operations, driving our mission forward with precision and dedication.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Optimize Systems: Turn our processes into a streamlined, efficient operational framework.
Automate Workflows: Create automations that help our team work smarter, not harder.
Bridge Vision and Execution: Act as the link between our strategic vision and practical implementation.
Coach and Support: Guide and support team members to perform at their best.
Foster Team Spirit: Promote a positive and collaborative team environment to drive collective success.
Create SOPs: Develop standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
Automate Workflows: Implement automations using tools like GHL, Monday.com, and Zapier to help our team work smarter, not harder.
Oversee Operations: Identify inefficiencies, address bottlenecks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Strong Communication: Conduct team meetings, provide updates, and ensure clear direction for all members.

MUST HAVES:
Strong Backbone: Ability to assertively push back when needed to maintain efficiency.
Systems Thinking: Exceptional ability to design and optimize systems.
Leadership: Experience in managing and coaching teams to achieve peak performance.
