JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing SaaS agency looking for a highly skilled, creative, and business-minded Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time as our first key hire. You’ll manage social media and marketing for our White Label business, Upgrade to see actual info, and support three existing sub-accounts: Sunrise Paddleboards, No More Odors, and Big Show Systems. This is a long-term opportunity with plenty of room for growth, increased compensation, and potentially managing a team as we scale.
We’re starting with minimum or average wages in the Philippines (you tell us what that means for you!), but we’re willing to pay more for an exceptional candidate who can clearly explain what they’ll deliver monthly. What You’ll Do:
Use our GHL CRM to manage existing and potential customers
Master GoHighLevel (GHL): Use all GHL tools for social media and marketing, including:
Creating email campaigns to engage customers.

Building workflows and funnels to drive leads and sales.

Setting up and managing sub-accounts for clients.

Running ads to attract customers and boost service sales.

Managing customer contacts and replying to conversations when needed.

Social Media Magic: Create eye-catching posts with images and videos that get results for our three businesses (Sunrise Paddleboards, No More Odors, Big Show Systems).

Event Management: Set up events on Eventbrite with ticket sales and promote them on Facebook.

Client Onboarding: Help new clients learn GHL features as we grow our SaaS agency. Some clients may even hire us to handle their marketing and social media – you’ll play a big role!

Lead Generation: Bring in new customer leads through smart strategies.

What We Need From You:
Experience: Proven skills in GoHighLevel (a must!), social media management, and digital marketing.

Hubstaff Tracking: You’ll track your time using Hubstaff – familiarity with this tool is required (we’ll check!).

Creativity & Business Smarts: Design posts and campaigns that grab attention and drive sales.

Independence: Work efficiently with minimal supervision and complete tasks on time.

Team Player: Start as our first full-time VA, with potential to manage others or work under a growing team later.

Pay & Schedule:
Starting Pay: We’re looking to hire at the minimum or average wage in the Philippines for a full-time role (40 hours/week). Tell us your rate!

Growth Potential: Prove your value, and we’ll increase your pay. Top candidates who detail what they can achieve monthly can negotiate higher starting rates.

Payment Options: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly – let us know your preference!
