Full-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) for Music Marketing Agency – Go High Level Expert

HC Music Marketing is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help manage and optimize operations within our music marketing agency. We need someone with expert-level knowledge of Go High Level (GHL), capable of running all aspects of our agency's GHL systems, including automation, sales pipelines, and website integration.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize leads, sales pipelines, and client communications through Go High Level.
Ensure smooth integration between our website and GHL for seamless automation.
Handle cold outreach and lead contact, streamlining the process and improving effectiveness.
Assist with client communications and ongoing management tasks to keep everything on track.
Streamline, optimize, and organize existing operations to maximize efficiency.
Think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to improve business processes.
Proactively stay ahead of trends and bring new ideas to help grow the agency.
Requirements:

Extensive experience with Go High Level (GHL), especially in running a marketing agency.
Proven track record of working with automation, CRM systems, sales pipelines, and lead generation within GHL.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – must be able to handle phone calls with me and messaging client communication professionally.
Ability to handle cold outreach and contact leads effectively.
Innovative thinker with the ability to come up with new ideas and solutions beyond what’s already in place.
Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously while always staying one step ahead.
Bonus Points:

Previous experience working with marketing agencies or music marketing agencies is a big plus.
Important:
We are only conducting interviews for serious and experienced VA candidates. If you have a proven history of working with GHL and marketing agencies, you’ll be given priority.
