We’re seeking a full-time, permanent Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering top-notch client experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage media files from our editing company.
Perform quality control on all deliverables to ensure they meet our high standards.
Upload finalized content to client platforms and ensure timely delivery.
Respond to client change requests or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with scheduling shoots and coordinating calendars.
Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro to make minor edits or refinements to media when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MUST be Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Please do not apply if you do not have experience with both.
Previous experience in real estate media, client services, or administrative roles is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Availability during 6 AM EST - 2 PM EST.
