Are you a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and a knack for graphics and content creation? We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful professional to join our team and support our growing credit repair business. If you excel in customer service, social media management, and have a creative edge, this is the perfect role for you!

Position Details
-Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
-Salary Range: $3-$5/hour
-Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
-Email Management: Organizing and responding to emails promptly.
-Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments and ensuring deadlines are met.
-Customer Service: Providing excellent support and addressing client inquiries.
-GoHighLevel Expertise: Managing campaigns, workflows, funnels, and other GHL tools to optimize business operations.
-Graphics Creation: Designing visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva and other graphic design platforms.
-Content Creation: Editing photos and videos for social media and other platforms.
-Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts, engagement, and growth strategies.
-Market Research: Gathering insights to support business growth.
-Funnel Management: Setting up and managing marketing funnels using GHL or other tools.
-Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate records.
-Client Onboarding: Organizing and managing the onboarding process for new clients.
-Shopify Management: Updating products, managing orders, and customer interactions.
-Webinars & Community Management: Organizing webinars and managing the online community.
-Administrative Support: HR tasks, managing contracts, and other admin duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate
-GoHighLevel Expert: Strong background in GHL or proven experience using the platform.
-Proficient in graphics design and familiar with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
-Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
-Skilled in social media management and content creation.
-Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
-Previous experience in virtual assistance, especially for service-based businesses, is a plus.
