What You'll Do
As our Virtual Assistant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes maestro keeping our musical community thriving. You'll handle everything from student inquiries to social media and help our teachers focus on what they do best - creating amazing musical experiences.

Daily Rhythm
Student Support: Turn inquiries into free trial bookings, respond to emails and calls, and make sure everyone's musical journey starts smoothly
Schedule Harmony: Manage our teachers' calendars, handle lesson scheduling, and keep everything running in perfect time
Communication Composition: Create and update templates, FAQs, and help spread the Music Eternal vibe in all our messaging

Creative Beat
Social Grooves: Engage with our community across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), respond to comments, and keep our online presence vibrant
Content Creation: Design eye-catching posts with Canva, help plan our content calendar, and contribute fresh ideas

Email Marketing: Craft engaging newsletters, student updates, and promotional campaigns that resonate with our community
Video Editing: Trim clips, add simple graphics, and help showcase our students' musical achievements

Growth & Outreach
Cold Outreach: Develop and manage outreach campaigns to schools, community centers, and potential partner organizations
Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify potential growth opportunities in the community
Relationship Building: Create initial contact with prospective partners and nurture these connections
Event Planning: Help organize student recitals and concerts that celebrate musical progress
Teacher Recruitment: Assist with finding awesome new teachers to join our team

Technical Arrangements
Student Portal: Work with our custom-built platform to track progress and support students
Website Updates: Keep our online presence fresh with new blog posts and event pages

Email Automation: Set up and manage automated email sequences for new inquiries, student onboarding, and special promotions
Business Administration: Help with invoicing, payments, and keeping our business registrations current

The Details
Hours: Full-time, remote position covering 9 AM to 9 PM Adelaide time
Location: Work from anywhere with reliable internet
