We are a growing customization business known for creating memorable, live-event
experiences through custom chainstitch artistry, laser engraving, and heat pressing. With a
dynamic team of artists and two founders, we bring our craft to clients through pop-ups, brand
events, music festivals, corporate retreats, collaborations, and more. We’re looking for a
virtual Director of Operations to help manage daily operations, event logistics, and ongoing
business growth.
Position Summary:
The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day functions of our
event customization business. This position is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks,
supporting event logistics, coordinating a team of artists, and maintaining smooth operations
across all business functions. This position will be reporting directly to the founders and will
work closely with them to execute on their vision. Strong
for handling client communications, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely responses.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and can balance a mix of operational, logistical,
and strategic responsibilities to keep the business running smoothly.
In addition to managing event logistics and ensuring each event is well-executed, this role
involves general operations management, calendar organization, and administrative support.
This position is essential to keeping all parts of the business aligned, from client engagements
to team schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
? Client Communication
? Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all daily
communication efficiently.
? Coordinate event details to meet client needs and ensure timely responses to
inquiries.
? Work with founders to create new opportunities with existing customers.
? Event Logistics & Coordination
? Lead logistics for all events to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
? Coordinate with venues to confirm parking, points of contact, and required
documentation
? Calendar Management
? Organize team schedules, events, and assignments in Google Calendar to keep
everyone informed and prepared.
? Brief artists on event details and track project timelines to ensure efficient
workflows.
? Website, Marketing Collateral, and Google Business Page Updates
? Keep website content current with new events, artist profiles, or product updates.
? Create and update presentation decks for client pitches or potential partnerships,
ensuring they reflect brand standards.
? Manage and update Google Business page information as needed.

? Manage

? Preferred Skills and Experience
? Adobe Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and marketing
materials.
? Graphic Design: Ability to create attractive presentations and promotional

You must be available to work 9 AM – 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
