Full- Time (VA) Virtual Assistant & General Operations Manager (Engagement, Pitches, Lead Tracking, etc.)
I’m looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant & General Operations Manager to join our team full-time! If you're the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, engaging with people, and making sure no lead slips through the cracks—you might just be our perfect match.
In this role, you'll be handling everything from client engagement to pitching opportunities and tracking leads, helping us stay on top of our game. We need someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and loves bringing a little fun to the workflow.

Are you able to be available starting 6 am PST? (Pacific Standard Time) This is when the first hour of engagement will need to be done before posting and then a couple more hours of engagement will need to be done.The hours of 8am until 1pm PST is VERY IMPORTANT for operating hours. This is when the engaging audience starts to be most active for our company. This will start out at 3 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays - the rest of the hours and tasks are flexible on timing.
BASIC STARTING TASKS:
• Daily message and comment engagement through all social media platforms,
• Casually selling packages, services, products, and upgrading the conversation’s direction.
• Responding to B2C
• Pitching B2b
• Actively taking notes of FAQ's and noting them
• Creating and setting up automatic response templates on social media platforms for more timely responses. Of course, editing the templates to make them unique to that person as well.
• Weekly to Biweekly (Will lessen to monthly eventually) tea
• Sending
• Watching company updates and training videos
• Actively thinking and implementing more ways of becoming time efficient with tasks & responses
• Future responsibilities: active comment responses for webinars, courses, etc.
• Highly organized and excel at staying organized within Google sheets documents
SKILLS:
• Timely but in-depth responder
• Active and caring listener
• Productive, results-oriented task manager
• Has professional in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms: Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Advanced English or greater required)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be great with people and excell at digital communications and follow up
• Experience pitching book signings, podcast features, speaking events,
• Experience in event coordination a plus
• Be a self-starter and hold yourself accountable - I’m looking for someone who takes initiative
• Must be honest and do honest work - not slacking, watching tv, on your own socials, or even clocking double time. Any dishonest or lazy work will be unpaid and the role will be terminated.

PAY & BENEFITS
• $3 to $4 an hour DOE

Full-Time Hours Schedule Overview (May slightly change upon request - please be adaptable)
10 hours a week: Sourcing, Pitching, follow-ups, and Lead Tracking.
15-20 hours a week: Engagement, Community & Event Management, and Membership Operations.
Engagement 3 hours each day: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (9 hours).
Community & Event Management: Interwoven into engagement but also direct dedicated time.
Membership Operations & Content Creation:
Dedicated 5-10 hours weekly.
10-15 hours a week: General VA Tasks. (You’ll start here.)
This job will start out as part-time and then lead to full-time to ensure an easy onboarding and grasping key role and tasks. The hours will start initially at 15 hours and gradually increase over time after training for key elements have been completed.
