Position: Full-Time Team Leader (Cold Calling/SMS)
Base Salary: $8–$10/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (May include Saturdays)
Other Job Details: Paid Time Off (PTO) available

Qualifications
• Experience leading cold-calling teams in the real estate industry.
• Strong ability to engage in cold calling as needed.
• Skilled in motivating team members through daily huddles.
• Expertise in quality assurance (QA) and coaching.
• Proficiency in conducting one-on-one meetings to discuss team performance.
• Capability to develop and maintain calling and SMS lists.
• Strong organizational skills for daily SMS list management.
• Analytical ability to generate and present performance reports.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of real estate cold callers and SMS specialists.
• Engage in cold calling and SMS campaigns as required.
• Conduct daily huddles to inspire and motivate team members.
• Perform quality assurance checks and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Organize weekly one-on-one sessions to evaluate and discuss team performance.
• Develop, update, and maintain cold calling and SMS lists.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily SMS list updates.
• Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to the client.
