Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Assist with invoicing, payments, and preparing financial reports.
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
Design graphics, edit videos, and create engaging content for social media platforms.
Plan and schedule posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and respond to customer interactions.
Website Management:
Update and maintain the company website with new products, promotions, and content.
Ensure a seamless user experience and optimize the website for performance.
Administrative Support:
Manage
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
Assist the owner in day-to-day administrative tasks and strategic planning.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics, e-commerce, or related industry.
Skills:
Proficient in bookkeeping and financial tools/software.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Language: Must speak and write fluent English.
Working Hours: Must align with UK business hours.
