Full Time - Scouring Products - Hard Work

We are ideally looking for someone who is book smart and street smart, someone who is thinking outside the box and can adapt to huge changes.. Those who are critical thinkers and can rapidly apply methods according to different situations.

Role: You will be scanning listings, in search of specific items, once identified you will proceed to make offers accordingly and forward them to the team leader. The platform that we use is similar to Shopee.

Training is extensive, we will provide all the training please note that you must put a lot of effort into learning the concepts and scripts as well as the standard operating procedures. You will receive complete training regarding the nature of the business (electronics). Communication with sellers will only be made through chat.

DO NOT APPLY if you're one that will completely freeze if you encounter something you don't know or something that is not in the provided manuals. Do not apply if you're scared of making mistakes. We are not looking for someone that will not think outside the provided training as this position will require you to think and make educated decisions based on your thinking not on previous training. We do not recommend people that are not able to adapt to big changes nor those individuals that are not comfortable in going through extensive training and taking feedback.

This position is all about thinking and learning new things everyday, those who can memorize lots of information and can later use that to think critical and make decisions. We are looking for those who can pay attention to the small littles having an eagles eye to catch mistakes.

Pay structure & Other

The sky's the limit here, no cap in how much you can make, you determine your pay while having a guaranteed base salary.
COMMISSION paid on almost every deal closed.

Paid Sick & Vacation time given, every Sunday is payout.

EVERY IMPORTANT

Night Shifts, this position will require you to work night shifts, no way around this. It's mandatory to work nightshifts.
