Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales and Customer Service Superstar to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who excels in overcoming objections, handling rebuttals, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing our storage spaces, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and helping us expand our reach in the self-storage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease self-storage units to new customers while addressing their needs and objections.
Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information on pricing, availability, and storage options.
Handle rebuttals and overcome customer objections with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure a positive customer experience by assisting with inquiries, guiding them through the rental process, and following up as needed.
Manage customer accounts, handle payment inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and sales activity.
Contribute to achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (ideally in the storage or real estate industry).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and handle rebuttals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, proactive, and confident with a passion for helping customers.
Experience working remotely and using CRM tools (preferred).
