JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS COMMITTED TO OUR COMPANY. We expect a long term relationship with our employees as we commit to them for the long term.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, texting clients, and using our dialer and CRM system for prospecting. You will be selling a financial product, and a key aspect of this role is clear, effective communication in perfect English with zero accent.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them and presenting our financial product.
Use our CRM and dialer system to manage and track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Text clients and maintain communication across multiple channels to drive sales.
Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Work with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while handling client objections and inquiries.
Continuously update and manage the CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in English, with no accent (must be able to speak in a way that sounds like a native American speaker).
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems and dialers is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

Base salary plus commission on each closed deal, with the potential to earn significant income based on performance.
