Full-Time SEO, Website, Marketing, Admin & Graphic Design in California

$600 per month plus $100 raises every 6 months

This is a long-term, full-time position for the right candidate. It is a graveyard shift role working Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm California-time.

We are a small kitchen showroom and interior design business in San Francisco, California, looking for an administrator/marketer/SEO manager to join our growing team.

Must-Haves
- Ability to work full time 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm California time.
- Trustworthy, loyal, innovative, highly detail-oriented, excellent listening skills, and a great attitude.
- Canva, WordPress, Wix, and a working knowledge of SEO. Good design aesthetic and graphic design skills are required. Any certifications are a plus.
- Good laptop with a camera and fast internet connection in a quiet location.
- 2+ years of Excel experience, working knowledge of MS Office, Dropbox, and Google Apps, and the ability to learn new applications.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including email marketing, social media management, website building, and SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills by email, phone, and Zoom calls.
- Bonus: Prior experience with US business and working remotely for US-based companies.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the company website on Wix, making adjustments to pages as needed, and working with our remote SEO team to best guide traffic to our website
- Creating graphic design presentations, estimates, proposals, and mood boards for our kitchen design and cabinetry clients to help sell projects.
- Assisting all team members with administration tasks.
- Managing social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, Google, Yelp, Houzz, Youtube, and Pinterest.
- Help create and implement email marketing campaigns
- Write and post blog articles on the website with a compelling narrative about kitchen design and European cabinetry to help drive traffic to our website.
- Work successfully with numerous clients, vendors, and team members.
