We’re Hiring: Full-Time Project Manager/Estimator

???? Position: Full-Time Project Manager/Estimator
???? Work Setup: Remote (Work From Home)
???? Schedule: 11 PM – 8 AM PHT
???? Salary: TBD

Qualifications:
?? Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
?? 3-5 years of experience handling construction projects for US-based companies
?? Full-time availability with no other work commitments during designated hours
?? Proficiency in Houzz Pro and other construction management tools used in the US
?? Must be able to create work orders for contractors

Key Responsibilities:
????? Estimating & Work Orders – Prepare detailed project estimates and create work orders for various remodeling projects (e.g., bathroom renovations, tile repairs)
???? Contractor Management – Source and hire contractors for specific jobs
???? Project Coordination – Draft and send work orders to contractors
???? Client & Contractor Communication – Provide regular project updates to clients and follow up with contractors to ensure smooth execution

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating skills and construction project management experience.
