Job Title: Full-Time Podcast and Social Media Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Podcast and Social Media Manager to oversee and manage multiple podcasts while driving social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in podcast production, social media management, guest coordination, and content promotion. This is a full-time role that requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle the unique needs of various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Management:
• Manage all aspects of podcast production for multiple shows, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate guest interviews, including outreach, scheduling, and preparing guests for their appearances.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Create and oversee workflows to streamline podcast operations and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with editors and content creators to produce engaging audio and video content.
• Write and edit show notes, titles, and descriptions for each episode.
• Distribute episodes across podcast platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and track performance metrics.
• Monitor analytics and provide clients with regular reports on podcast performance.
• Stay updated on podcasting trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure competitive positioning.
Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote podcast episodes and other related content.
• Create and schedule posts on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn,
• Edit and repurpose podcast content into engaging social media clips and graphics.
• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, or Descript to optimize and streamline social media content creation.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster online communities around podcast brands.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align podcast and social media strategies with broader client goals.
• Assist in advertising and sponsorship outreach for podcast monetization opportunities.
• Conduct market and competition analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in podcasting and social media.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing multiple podcasts or similar content projects.
• Strong understanding of podcast platforms, workflows, and best practices.
• Solid experience in social media management and marketing, including analytics and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for guest coordination and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in podcast editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) and social media content creation tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with video podcasting and SEO optimization for podcast episodes and promotional materials.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising strategies.
