We are The Foozie™ – a rapidly growing Australian-based ecommerce brand selling premium slipper socks in the US, CA, UK, EU, AU, and NZ. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Shopify Ecommerce Manager with strong skills in Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation, along with proven expertise in Email & SMS marketing campaign management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation: Produce engaging short-form videos (TikTok & Instagram Reels) regularly, proactively managing content scheduling and influencer relationships.
- Email & SMS Marketing Management: Independently create, plan, and optimize effective email and SMS campaigns (experience with Klaviyo is strongly preferred).
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok for maximum ROI.
- On-site Marketing: Manage and execute seasonal promotions, enhance product descriptions, and improve site visuals.
- Customer Service & Order Management: Assist with special customer inquiries, occasionally managing refunds, returns, and order issues using Zendesk.
- Administration: Provide concise daily reports and updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven expertise in creating engaging social media videos, especially for TikTok (REQUIRED).
- Strong experience in managing high-performing Email & SMS marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo (REQUIRED).
- Excellent English writing skills for compelling content creation (REQUIRED).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva (REQUIRED).
- Previous experience planning and executing marketing campaigns independently (Preferred).
- Experience managing Shopify stores efficiently (Preferred).
- Knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads management (Preferred).
- Customer service experience, particularly using Zendesk (Preferred).

SALARY:

Based on ability and experience, ranging from US $1000 - $1400/month. If you think you should be paid more, feel free to explain why in your application.
