Full Time Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a Full Time Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team!

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing, US-based home services company seeking an experienced marketing professional to spearhead our digital advertising, campaigns, and SEO strategies. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key part in driving the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
-Create engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns
-Work with our Head of Marketing to develop content
-Track campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
-Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
-Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategy

Requirements:
-Willing to work Mountain Standard Time
-3+ years of experience in handling successful digital marketing campaigns, including SEO
-Proven track record of driving results through Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and SEO
-Strong skills in email marketing, SMS marketing, and content creation
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Independent worker who can manage projects from start to finish
-Experience working with home services or local businesses a plus
-Graphic design and photo/video editing skills a plus

Compensation:
-$7/hour to start, with opportunities for performance-based increases
