Full-Time Long-Form Video editor

About the Role:
I’m looking for a full-time video editor to bring my 3–20 minute talking-head YouTube videos to life. Most videos are just me speaking to the camera, and I need someone who can visually explain what I’m saying in a clean, engaging way—using b-roll, animations, memes, text, or screen recordings.

You’ll need to be able to copy my editing style, think creatively, and work independently. Bonus if you’re also open to helping with occasional content planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Edit 3–20 minute talking head videos for YouTube
• Add relevant visuals that support the message
• Maintain and match my editing style
• Offer visual ideas or creative input
• Occasionally assist with content planning or organization
• Deliver high-quality edits on a consistent schedule

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content
• Strong storytelling and pacing instincts
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to follow editing references
• Fast and stable WiFi (must be able to upload/download large files quickly)
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Bonus: Content planning or strategy experience
