???????? Full-Time Lead Scraper & Sales Ops Assistant (Golf Industry | US Hours | Experienced Only)

We’re a fast-growing golf brand with products sold across retail, e-commerce, and corporate gifting channels. We’re looking for a hard-working, detail-obsessed virtual assistant to help us grow faster by scraping high-quality leads in the golf industry and managing them inside HubSpot. This is NOT a copy-paste job — we want someone who takes pride in clean, accurate data and understands the basics of outbound sales workflows.

???? What You’ll Do
• Research and scrape leads from the internet (golf courses, tournament directors, pro shops, retailers, influencers, corporate contacts, and more)
• Capture high-quality data including name, email, phone number, title, company, and more
• Enter and manage all leads directly in HubSpot
• Organize data in Airtable and collaborate in Asana for workflow tracking
• Use tools like Slack, Google Sheets, and sales automation platforms
• Potential to run basic outreach sequences and campaigns if you’re comfortable with it

? You Should Have
• Proven experience scraping leads and managing contact data
• Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, Asana, and sales tools (LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail – sloppy data is a dealbreaker
• Strong communication skills – written and spoken
• Ability to work US hours consistently (we need reliability)
• A strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks
• A quiet workspace and fast internet connection
