Job Description:
You will focus on inside sales, primarily calling and talking on the phone to potential real estate property sellers. Inside sales can include warm calling, cold calling, managing sales leads through business CRM, client referrals, and more for clients in an office setting or at home. Inside sales reps are friendly, well-spoken, and ready to help the company close more real estate deals! This job has the potential for fast growth within our team. Experience is a plus but not required, as we can train if you are the right fit for our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Cold calling real estate marketing lists to get property owners interested in selling properties.
* Tracking your cold calling key performance indicators (KPIs) daily to measure your performance within the position.
* Facilitate the acquisition process by building rapport and overcoming objections with sellers on the phone.
* Schedule and conduct appointments for the acquisition team.
* Use the CRM daily to add warm or hot leads.
* Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process to ensure the acquisition team is on top of warm or hot leads.
* Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
* Attend online business meetings and training as required.
* Create and post company-related content on social media
Software Experience (Preferred but not required):
* GoHighLevel, XenCall (ReadyMode), Mojo, Deal Machine, ChatGPT, Canva, Google Workspace, and Hubstaff.
Skills/Abilities:
* Outstanding English is written, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
* Customer service is your passion, and you are highly driven to succeed while helping others.
* Previous experience in real estate cold calling, acquisitions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred but not required.
* Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and phone skills to set and close appointments.
* Associate/Bachelor's Degree.
* A real "Go-Getter" who wants to add value, is self-motivated and is results-driven.
* Professional in attitude and appearance.
* Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
* Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set appointments over the phone.
* Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and the ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
* Must be dependable and have excellent time management.
* Must possess excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and planning skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
