Ember Coffee Company, an award-winning specialty coffee shop and roaster in Big Lake, MN, is looking for a proactive Sales Operations Specialist. This crucial role will drive our sales growth and enhance our brand success. We want someone who thrives with little supervision and thinks critically to solve problems.

Starting Pay:
- Training Pay: 60% of the negotiated rate during a 5-day trial
- Full-time Pay: Starting at $150/month, with raises after 30 and 90 days

Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
- Support sales by conducting email and Instagram outreach to generate leads and opportunities, and track them in Pipedrive CRM.
- Gather and analyze sales data from various platforms to create insightful reports.
- Assist with operational tasks and documentation of processes in Notion.

Requirements:
- QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor (mandatory).
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial management.
- Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, and Klaviyo.
- Strong communication skills and social media outreach capability.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and manage tasks in Slack and Todoist.
- Must be available for full-time work and cannot have another full-time job concurrently.
