Job Title: Permanent Work From Home Full-Time Graphic Design Project Manager (Client-Facing Role)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and creative project manager with strong graphic design experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating design briefs, overseeing graphic designers, and conducting product research to create standout graphics for Amazon listings. The project manager will also serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring top-quality service and clear communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator expertise, experience managing a team, and fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing design briefs that align with brand guidelines and client specifications. You will be provided with a product being sold on Amazon along with some high-level themes and requests from the client. You will then need to develop an entire graphical theme, source examples of lifestyle photos, fonts, etc., write copy (headlines and sub-headlines), and visually create a blueprint for graphic designers to follow in order to spotlight the product's key Upgrade to see actual infoiefs and requirements vary based on the type of service being delivered - Main Listing Images, A+ Content, A+ Premium, Packing Design, etc.

2. Conduct thorough product research on Amazon, analyzing competitors and identifying key differentiators.

3. Guide graphic designers in creating Amazon listings that stand out, increasing click-through rates and sales.

4. Manage projects and communicate effectively with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers, providing direction and feedback as needed. Managing projects includes setting deadlines for the team, coordinating project setup - creating Google drives, facilitating revisions from the client, etc.

5. When needed be capable of creating listings (Amazon Main Listing Images & A+ Content), ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

6. Maintain regular communication with our team using Slack and our internal tool, providing updates on project progress and ensuring smooth collaboration.

7. Utilize Chat GPT to enhance and write compelling copy for Amazon listings.

8. Manage incoming projects, review client intake forms, and track project status.

9. Lead and participate in weekly video teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings. This includes creating agendas.

Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with clients via Gmail, providing timely responses and ensuring client satisfaction.

11. Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed as part of this growing company.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Many of the projects require rendering objects (Amazon products) into lifestyle scenes ensuring proper shadowing, lighting, and blending. This is a requirement for the role.

2. Proficient in Adobe and Lightroom.

3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

4. Experience in product research and competitive analysis, particularly within the Amazon marketplace.

5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, projects, and deadlines effectively.

6. The candidate must have a backup computer and remote location to operate in case of power outages.

Hours: Full Time 40 Hours Per Week
Required Hours: 7 AM CST - 12 PM CST (5 Hours)
Flexible Hours: 3 Hours - Meaning individual is required to work these hours but can do so at flexible times that work best for them.

Base Salary: Non Negotiable $7 with quarterly re-assessment and 13th-month pay. Paid holidays and vacation time after 6 months Upgrade to see actual infoTE: An assessment of your Graphics Design skills will be required for all applicants. Thank you.
