JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a full-time GHL Specialist to join our team! If you're an expert in client onboarding, support, and administration, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
? Client Onboarding – Conduct onboarding calls to help clients set up their CRM and ensure a smooth transition
? Client Success – Proactively check in with recently onboarded clients to ensure they are making progress and using the system effectively
? Managing Conversations & Inbound Calls – Handle client inquiries, respond to messages, and manage incoming calls
? Administrative Tasks – Support various back-end operations to keep processes running smoothly
? Being proactive and taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For:
???? Located in the Philippines or South America (Must be available during Eastern Time business hours)
???? Proven experience with GHL (CRM setup, automations, pipeline management)
???? Strong client communication skills (phone, email, chat)
???? Highly responsive and proactive in ensuring client success
???? Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
???? Comfortable working full-time with flexibility
???? References required to verify skills and past performance
