We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Full-Stack Mobile App Developer to join our team and build a minimal viable product (MVP) for an innovative mobile application. This app will simulate a crypto-mining experience, and your role will be to bring it to life—from development to publishing on both the App Store and Google Play. We’re looking for a reliable, long-term partner who can deliver the MVP rapidly and grow with us as we expand the app with new features and eventually launch a cryptocurrency. Key Responsibilities:

Rapid MVP Development:
Build a mobile app using React Native (with Expo) featuring user authentication via Firebase (anonymous initially), Firestore for data storage, and a core "mining" feature that simulates crypto rewards. Include pages for referrals/team earnings, settings, and a leaderboard.

Deliver the fully functional MVP, including ad integration, within 2 weeks to qualify for a speed bonus (see below).
End-to-End Delivery:

Manage the full app lifecycle: development, testing, and publishing to both iOS and Android app stores.
Ensure the app is high-quality, user-friendly, and launch-ready.

Ongoing Maintenance & Enhancements:

After launch, provide regular updates, bug fixes, and new features based on user feedback and project goals.

Collaboration:
-Join daily video calls to coordinate with the project lead (me), share progress, and align on next steps.
-Work proactively and keep the team informed of developments.

Documentation:
-Deliver clean, maintainable, well-documented code with a setup guide for future reference.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience building and publishing mobile apps with React Native and Expo.
-Strong expertise in Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) and integrating it into mobile apps.
-Demonstrable ability to manage an app’s full lifecycle—from development to deployment and ongoing support.
-Comfortable working on a US-based schedule (8/9 AM - 5/6 PM EST), which is 8/9 PM - 5/6 AM Philippine time, with a 1-hour break.
-Excellent communication skills, including comfort with daily video calls for updates and planning.
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a proactive mindset.
-Prior experience publishing apps on both iOS and Android platforms is required.

Commitment: We’re seeking someone dedicated to a long-term partnership, ready to grow with the project beyond the MVP.
Project Details:

Compensation: $8 per hour
Full-Time Position: 8 hour work day
Engagement: Immediate MVP development (target: 2 weeks), followed by long-term updates and feature expansion post-launch.

Milestone Bonuses:
-Speed Bonus: $200 extra for completing the MVP (fully functional and published to app stores) within 2 weeks from the start date.
-Launch Bonus: $200 extra upon successful app store publishing (if beyond 2 weeks).
-Performance Reviews: Bi-annual reviews (every 6 months) with opportunities for raises based on results.
-Milestone Tracking: We’ll use Time Doctor to streamline collaboration, ensuring smooth workflows and transparency for both sides.

Specific project details and the full vision will be shared with the selected candidate. For now, we’re focused on delivering a high-quality MVP.
You’ll work closely with me via daily video calls to stay aligned and keep the project on track.
