Full Time - Experienced E-commerce Customer Support Specialist

Requirements (Must-Have Skills & Experience):
Shopify Expertise:

Must know how to navigate Shopify tools and apps.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently.
Experience in fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently.

Facebook Business Suite Proficiency:

Ability to manage multiple ad posts in Facebook Business Suite.
Skilled in hiding negative comments, responding to customer messages, and maintaining the quality of ad performance.
Zoho Mail Experience:

Proficient in using Zoho Mail to manage and respond to customer inquiries across multiple accounts.
Independent Worker:

Capable of working independently with no training.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues efficiently.
Clear and consistent communication with the team.
E-commerce Experience:

Previous experience as a customer support VA for e-commerce stores is required.
Must provide detailed examples of past work, including Shopify order fulfillment, customer communication, and managing tools like Zoho Mail and Facebook Business Suite.

Job Details:

Salary: $300 per month.
Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-Time.
