Full-Time Editor (Long Experience & Highly Professional Editor)

I'm looking for an experienced and highly professional full-time editor for our company, Status Alpha.

A. Key Responsibilities:

- Create epic Reels and videos of all kinds with the footage I provide you.
- You must have excellent editing skills and deliver reels/ edits of all kinds with SPEED. (Alex Hormozi Style and better)
- Monitor content performance, and refine strategies for maximum engagement.

B. Qualifications:

- Proven experience in creating high-level video content, especially Reels.

C. MUST HAVE/ Requirements:

- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in using Photoshop and After Effects.
- Knowledge in creating Reels with AI voice etc.
- You need to be an A-Player. Meaning: You need to be willing to push the company forward, research, and edit content for us without needing a push yourself. We need to be able to trust and rely on you 100% and we need you to share our vision for the company of becoming the biggest man's transformation company in the world.

D. Salary & Working Hours:

First month: $250, with a gradual increase based on performance. Generous bonuses for exceptional work.
Typically, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility based on content delivery but we expect you to work weekends if needed (if the required amount of edits are not met or special projects need special attention).
