Responsibilities
- Rapid Response: Monitor incoming support requests (via text chat,
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve account, billing, and in-game technical issues.
- Clear Communication: Read and understand customer messages quickly; convey solutions in a concise, friendly manner.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex problems to senior tea
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, noting solutions for future reference.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to FAQs or knowledge base updates, sharing insights with tea
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a tech-focused or online environment.
- Fluent in English—strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly read, assess, and address customer concerns with minimal downtime.
- Multitasking: Comfortable juggling multiple chats/calls and prioritizing inquiries.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with online gaming platforms or a personal passion for gaming is a plus.
