We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic individual to provide exceptional customer support in a remote role. As a Customer Care Representative, you will assist customers via text, email, and video calls, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by offering personalized assistance, troubleshooting problems, and providing clear, helpful communication. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Host Zoom Calls for Clients – Offer free video consultations to provide personalized support and answer client questions.
- Client Onboarding – Guide new clients through the sign-up process, ensuring they download and set up necessary apps on their phones and laptops, and assist them in completing initial paperwork and forms.
- Healthy Product FaceTime Sessions – Conduct virtual home walkthroughs via FaceTime to help clients assess their kitchen, cleaning supplies, and personal care products, offering expert recommendations for healthier alternatives.
- Lead Additional Appointment Types – Facilitate other scheduled client sessions related to wellness, lifestyle improvements, and program support.
- Provide Daily Text Support – Stay engaged with clients through text messages, answering questions, offering encouragement, and ensuring they remain on track with their health goals.

Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills – clear, articulate, and professional with no strong accent.
- Strong on-camera presence – confident, engaging, and personable for video-based customer interactions.
- Passion for natural health and wellness – genuine interest in healthy products and holistic living.
- Previous customer service experience – ability to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work – proficient in using chat, email, and video communication tools.
- Reliable and self-motivated – able to work independently while maintaining high service standards.

Work Schedule
Hours: Full-time, 11am to 8pm PST with lunch break
Days: Thursday through Monday (yes, weekends)
