JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: 48 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Salary: $750/mo

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking customer service representative to join our team! You will be working in Shopify and Re:Amaze to answer emails of customers from multiple different European dropshipping stores.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in dropshipping customer service
- Ability to handle 25-35 emails per hour
- C1+ level English with excellent written communication skills
- Friendly and professional tone when replying to emails
- Experience with Shopify & customer service software (Re:amaze preferred)
