Full-Time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Cleanup Expertise (Remote)

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks Online to perform bookkeeping cleanup projects. This role includes correcting and reconciling historical financial data, strong attention to detail and ensuring financial accuracy. Successful candidates have strong analytical skills, enjoy problem-solving, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed cleanup of financial records in QuickBooks Online.
Categorize and reconcile bank transactions according to client-specific Charts of Accounts.
Import and verify transactions via bank feeds.
Communicate proactively with clients weekly to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare accurate financial statements ready for tax preparation.

Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of QuickBooks Online experience (cleanup and reconciliation).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Chart of Accounts setup.
High proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets.
Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Ability to work from 5 PM to 12 midnight Philippine Time.

Compensation:

Base salary: $600/month.
Additional 10%-20% commission per cleanup project, based on project complexity and successful completion.
