Full-Time Bookkeeper & E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (Amazon & Shopify) – Work From Home
Position: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonuses
Location: Work from Home (Philippines-based applicants only)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week (Some Overlap with US Business Hours)

About the Role
We are a growing e-commerce company looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. This role will also involve assisting with e-commerce operations, including managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify customer service tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with excellent English communication skills. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth into a senior financial or managerial role.

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management (Primary Focus)
Maintain and update QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
Track and categorize business expenses
Process refunds, reimbursements, and chargebacks
Generate financial reports using Excel & Google Sheets
Manage invoices, payments, and accounts payable/receivable
Track and report sales tax for e-commerce transactions
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Amazon & Shopify E-Commerce Support (Secondary Tasks)
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
Manage refunds, returns, and claims on Amazon and Shopify
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
Create reimbursement cases for Amazon claims
File shipping claims with USPS for lost shipments
Track and manage inventory with suppliers
Conduct product research using Alibaba & Google
Communicate with suppliers via email and Alibaba
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with e-commerce businesses)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Amazon Seller Central & Shopify experience
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and cloud-based tools
Typing speed of 35+ WPM (Attach a screenshot of a typing test)
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus)
Experience with Trello, Asana, or other project management tools
Knowledge of sales tax reporting for e-commerce transactions
Previous experience in dropshipping or inventory management
Familiarity with PirateShip or other shipping software
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop or Canva)
