Job Overview
We are a fast-growing and highly successful company in the crypto sector, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to launch, grow, and manage our influencer marketing program with affiliate components.
As our Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong influencer network, managing affiliate partnerships, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and ability to recruit, manage, and motivate influencers will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop & Execute Strategies – Define goals, target groups, and KPIs for influencer affiliate marketing campaigns.
? Affiliate & Influencer Recruitment – Identify, reach out, and onboard high-potential influencers and affiliates in the crypto space.
? Relationship Building – Establish and maintain strong connections with influencers and affiliates through support, communication, and incentive programs.
? Performance Tracking & Optimization – Use analytics tools to monitor affiliate success, optimize campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
? Landing Page & Marketing Support – Collaborate with the team to develop optimized landing pages and marketing assets for affiliates.
? Creative Growth Initiatives – Constantly come up with new ideas and innovative approaches to expand our influencer and affiliate network.

Requirements:
?? Experience in Affiliate & Influencer Marketing – Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.
?? Strong Relationship Management Skills – Ability to recruit, onboard, and nurture long-term partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
?? Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
?? Creative & Strategic Thinking – Must be highly creative and proactive in generating new ideas and scaling the program.
?? Crypto Knowledge & Interest – Basic understanding of crypto and Web3 marketing, or willingness to learn quickly.
?? Excellent Communication Skills in English – Clear and professional written and spoken English.
