Work Hours: Flexible (Philippines Time)

About the Role:
We are a growing print-on-demand (POD) brand specializing in gym and fitness-themed graphic t-shirts. Our goal is to build a strong affiliate and influencer marketing team to drive brand awareness and sales. We’re looking for a full-time recruiter who can find, engage, and onboard influencers, affiliates, and fitness content creators to promote our apparel.

Responsibilities:
- Identify & Reach Out to Influencers/KOLs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook who align with our fitness apparel brand.
- Recruit Affiliates & Content Creators for our ambassador and referral programs.
- Manage Outreach Campaigns – send DMs, emails, and negotiate deals.
- Track Performance & Conversions – ensure influencers generate traffic & sales.
- Build & Maintain Relationships with influencers for long-term collaborations.
- Stay Updated on fitness trends, social media marketing, and affiliate strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in influencer/affiliate marketing recruitment.
- Strong communication skills – ability to engage influencers & negotiate deals.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- A results-driven mindset – knows how to track & optimize influencer campaigns.
- Highly organized & proactive – can manage multiple conversations and relationships.
- Passion for fitness/gym culture (a plus, but not required).
