Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in managing ads on platform like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Google Ads.
2. Strong knowledge of ad targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and improve ad performance.
4. Creative thinker who understands how to craft ads that capture attention and drive results.
5. Experience in the video production industry or a strong passion for video content is a plus!
6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Availability to work full-time hours (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday PST)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, launch, and manage ad campaigns on major platforms to drive brand awareness and conversions.
2. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
3. Collaborate with the video editing and content teams to create engaging, high-performing ads.
4. Analyze ad performance, adjust strategies, and report on results.
5. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
6. Manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and performance targets are achieved.
7. Maintain and update our project management software with campaign details and progress.
